Project Updates:

August 31, 2022 - Meyer completed all watermain work along South Shore Blvd yesterday. Ramsey County will be taking over the work for storm sewer.

August 30, 2022 @ 12:25 pm - Emergency water shut-off on South Shore Blvd from Bellaire Ave to County Road F. Affected residents are being notified via door knocking.

August 30, 2022 - Meyer is completing services at 2485 S Shore Blvd and the Bellaire Beach house. There is a pole hold from Xcel scheduled at 9AM to allow the crew to complete the tie in to Bellaire.

August 29, 2022 - Meyer is working on water services west of the Homewood intersection.

August 26, 2022 - Meyer is working on water services just west of Forest Ct. The crew plans to work tomorrow on water services (weather permitting).

August 25, 2022 - Meyer is working on water services between Glen Oaks and Forest Ct today. They are expected to wrap up watermain work by as early as tomorrow. The crew plans to work Saturday, doing storm work.

August 24, 2022 - Meyer is working on water services at the Glen Oaks intersection and moving east.

August 23, 2022 - There are two crews working on water services today. They are starting in between Homewood and Lakewood and will work their way to the east towards Glen Oaks. 

August 22, 2022 - Meyer has one crew working on storm sewer near East County Line Rd. Another crew is doing water services in between Lakewood & Homewood.

August 19, 2022 - Meyer has a crew working on mainline just west of Bellaire/South Shore Blvd intersection. There is another crew working on water services in between Lakewood and Homewood Ave. They will be working tomorrow on water services. Location of tomorrow’s work is to be determined. 

August 18, 2022 - Meyer has 2 crews working on site today. The first is continuing mainline work just west of the Bellaire/South Shore Blvd intersection. The second is working on services just west of the Forest/South Shore Blvd intersection. 

August 17, 2022 - Meyer is working on mainline at the Bellaire South Shore Blvd intersection. There is a second crew working on water services starting at Forest Ct and working west. 

August 16, 2022 - Meyer is working on mainline just west of Homewood Ave.

August 12, 2022 - Contractor is not working today due to rain.

August 11, 2022 - Meyer is working on mainline at Homewood Ave today and moving west.

August 10, 2022 -  Half of the crew is working at Homewood/South Shore Blvd to prep the intersection for the connection to mainline. There is a shut-off scheduled for today to make this possible. The other half is working on digging mainline in between Lakewood and Homewood.

August 9, 2022 - The Contractor is working on the mainline between Lakewood Ave and Homewood Ave. There is a water shutdown scheduled for tomorrow on Homewood Ave. A flyer has been passed out to affected residents.

August 8, 2022 - The contractor is continuing mainline work today.

August 5, 2022 - The contractor will be working mainline today. They are starting just east of Glen Oaks and moving west.

August 4, 2022 - The crew is jumping back to mainline work today. They will begin at the Lakewood intersection where they will work on prepping the main for a tie in, as well as, installing a new hydrant on the southeast corner of the intersection. There is a shutoff scheduled for Lakewood today. A flyer was handed out yesterday to affected residents. 

August 3, 2022 - Meyer will be completing services today. Which includes installing the new 2732 curb stop. If time permits, they may jump back to mainline work. There is a water shut off scheduled for Thursday, the 4th, along Lakewood Ave. The crew will be working Saturday, the 6th.

August 2, 2022 - Meyer is continuing to complete water services today.

August 1, 2022 - Meyer is doing water services for the next few days. They are starting near the Hillaire/SSB intersection and working west.

Friday, July 29 - Meyer will be working on water services between Hillaire and Summit Ln today.

The crew will work on mainline today. Currently they are just West of the South Shore Boulevard and Forest Ct intersection.

Thursday, July 28 - Meyer is going to begin the day working on a water service. Once the water shut off is able to be performed, the crew will split between finishing the service and working on the tie in to Glen Oaks. 

Wednesday, July 27 - Tomorrow there is a scheduled water shut off for Glen Oaks Avenue, the attached flyers will be handed out to affected residents ASAP.

Tuesday, July 26 - Meyer is working on main line today. They are at Forest Ct and working west. 

Monday, July 25 - Meyer will be working on mainline today. They are starting between Summit Ln and Forest Ct and working west. 

Friday, July 22, 2022 - Today the contractor will continue to work on watermain. They are just west of the intersection of Summit and South Shore Blvd, and moving west. Tomorrow they are back to replacing water services on the east side of the project. 

Thursday. July 21, 2022 - The crew is jumping back to mainline work. They will be starting around the intersection of Summit and South Shore Blvd, & working west. There is a water shut-off scheduled today for Summit Ln & another scheduled for tomorrow for Forest Ct flyer was distributed to those affected.

Wednesday, July 20, 2022 - The contractor will continue to work on water services between Hillaire and County Rd F. There is a scheduled water shut off for tomorrow, July 21^st, for Summit Ave. A notice was handed out to residents that will be affected.

Tuesday, July 19, 2022 - The contractor will continue to replace water services between Hillaire and Country Rd F. 

Monday, July 18, 2022 - Contractor replacing watermain services between County Road F and Hillaire Avenue. Contractor planning to work Saturday.

Thursday, July 14, 2022 – Contractor working west of Bellaire Beach to prepare for hydrant placement tomorrow Friday July 15^th. Water shut down scheduled for residents west of Bellaire Avenue, notices were given out this morning. No Saturday work is planned for this week.

Tuesday July 12, 2022 - Contractor replacing watermain between Hillaire and Summit. Water shut down scheduled for residents west of Bellaire beach, notices were given to impacted residents. Temporary watermain Phase 2 notices were handed to residents for Phase 2 from Summit to Bellaire Beach.

Monday July 11, 2022 - Contractor working on connection to existing main at Hillaire and working west toward Summit. Water on Hillaire will be turned back on before 5pm.

Saturday July 9, 2022 - Contractor continues to replace watermain between CR F and Hillaire. Watermain shutdown scheduled for residents of Hillaire Road, notices were handed out Friday. 

Friday July 8, 2022 - Contractor continues to replace watermain between CR F and Hillaire. The contractor will be working Saturday July 9. Watermain shutdown scheduled Monday, July 11 for residents on Hillaire Road, notices were handed out Friday morning. 

Thursday July 7, 2022 - Contractor continues digging new watermain between County Road F and Hillaire Avenue. Contractor is planning to work Saturday, July 9th. 

Wednesday July 6, 2022 -  Contractor continues laying watermain between County Road F and Hillaire Avenue. 

Tuesday July 5, 2022 - Contractor continues to remove and replace watermain along South Shore Blvd between CR F and Hillaire Avenue.

Friday, July 1, 2022 - Contractor not working Friday or during the holiday weekend.

Thursday, June 30, 2022 - Contractor continues to replace watermain between County Road F and Hillaire.

Tuesday, June 28, 2022 - Contractor beginning work near County Road F. Roadway closed from County Road F to Hillaire.

Friday, June 24, 2022 - Temporary watermain hookups will be occurring over the next few days for residents between County Rd F and Summit Blvd. If you have any questions please contact the construction inspector for the project.

Thursday, June 23, 2022 @ 1:00 pm - A scheduled watermain shutdown west of Bellaire Avenue will occur on Monday between 9am-5pm, a notice was given to impacted residents.

Thursday, June 23rd - contractor continues to test temporary watermain.  

Wednesday June 22, 2022 - Contractor begins testing on Temporary Watermain. 

Tuesday, June 21, 2022 - Contractor continues to set up Temporary Watermain for impacted residents. 

Monday, June 20, 2022 - Contractor continues to set up Temporary Watermain for impacted residents. 

Friday, June 17, 2022 – Contractor continues to set up Temporary Watermain for impacted residents.

Week of June 13th - Traffic Impacts begin. Residential access will be maintained. Temporary Watermain installation beings. Temporary Watermain Flier handed out to impacted residents along South Shore Blvd between Summit Lane and County Road F.

Week of June 6th - Project Flier mailed by Ramsey County.
