Sprinkling Regulations Remain Unchanged for 2018

During the recent Legislative Session a bill was drafted by Legislators & signed by the Governor which suspends for one year the residential irrigation ban imposed as a result of the White Bear Lake Level lawsuit. With the irrigation ban lifted for one-year, the Township’s odd/even sprinkling regulations remain in effect 6:00 – 10:00 a.m. & 6:00 – 10:00 p.m. odd numbered houses odd days/even numbered houses even days. If you plant seed or lay new sod a two-week daily watering schedule may be granted by the Town by calling the Township offices.

As always, the Township strongly encourages all forms of water conservation & continues its commitment to sharing water conservation practices.
