Three Oaks Project Update (east of Centerville Rd & north of County Rd H2)

Construction Update

Updates for the Three Oaks project will be updated on this news flash as they become available with most recent first. Please check back often for the most current information.

10/15/2018 - Street work within the development starts today.

10/12/2018 - Site is saturated due to the rain. No work today.

10/11/2018 - No work today due to the rain last night.

10/10/2018 - No work today due to the rain.

10/9/2018 - No work today due to the rain.

10/8/2018 - No work today due to rain.

10/5/2018 - The turn lane for Anderson Lane is open to traffic. The turn lane will be swept today.

10/5/2018 - The graveling of the turn lane shoulders on to Anderson Lane is scheduled for today. No other work due to the rain.

10/4/2018 - The rain has saturated the site, so no work is expected today.

10/3/2018 - Minimal activity within the development due to rain.

10/2/2018 - Some miscellaneous activities within the development will occur today.

10/1/2018 - Miscellaneous activities within the development will occur today.

9/28/2018 - Centerville Road turn lane onto Anderson Lane is scheduled for paving this afternoon.
9/27/2018 - Late in the day milling of Centerville Road. Minimal activity within the development. All project utilities have been installed. 

9/26/2018 - Most of the work today will be performed within the development including storm sewer. There will be some miscellaneous activity occurring on the turn lane.

9/25/2018 - All work today will be performed within the development including storm sewer.

9/24/2018 - Turn lane preparation work will continue for Anderson Lane. Testing of the installed utilities will continue.

9/21/2018 - Construction activities have been rained out today.

9/20/2018 - Construction activities have been rained out today.

9/19/2018 - The contractor is preparing the Centerville Road turn lane into Anderson Lane for correcting the construction damage. Temporary traffic control is setup. Paving of the turn lane will occur as soon as the weather allows it.

9/18/2018 - Today and tomorrow the contractor will be installing storm sewer and conduit crossings on the project. Sanitary sewer and water main testing will also be taking place. The rain in the weather forecast may restrict construction activity.
