The Township has various boards, commissions and committees comprised of volunteer residents who are interested in helping to shape the future of White Bear Township. By participating on one of these advisory bodies, volunteers make an important contribution to the Township. The input and recommendations to the Town Board on programs and issues ensure a strong public voice. Volunteers are one of the Township's most valuable assets.
In order to be considered for a board or commission appointment you must be a resident of White Bear Township for at least one year and an application must be completed and submitted to the Township's Administrative Offices either by mail or email. Applications are then submitted to the Town Board for approval. Applicants are always welcome to attend the Town Board meeting and speak regarding their qualifications. New appointees will be notified of their selection and will be provided pertinent information relative to that specific board.
For more information please call the Township at 651-747-2750. Interested persons must submit an application for appointment to board or commission to the Township's Administrative Offices.
